Интернет работает через прокси. IP:PORT
На компьютере стоит Денвер.
Глобального хоста нет...
Кусок кода скрипта

Заместо 127.0.0.1:8080" ественно мой прокси...
При выполнении скрипта выдает ошибку:

Warning: file_get_contents(http://www.php.net/) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! in h:\home\localhost\www\111\index.php on line 14


Что не так ? Почему не работает ?
