Господа, а че за ошибка BDE 210c? смотрел список кодов ошибок где тока нашел. везде есть 210А/В и затем сразу 2203. Подсказите где искать плис.

When I run one of the WPMS add-on programs, such as e.g. "WPMS Availability Charts", I receive a "BDE error 210C" message. Why?

The error message that is displayed (BDE error 210C) means that there are two (or more) programs that are using different versions and/or installations of the BDE (Borland Database Engine) at the same time.

The BDE is the database interface files used by many applications. Among such applications is the WP3000 Availability Charts application.
The BDE files that accompany the WP3000 Availability Charts (and others) are installed in a common folder on your PC (as they should be) but if another program has installed its own set of BDE files in its own folder, problems will arise.

Remedy:

Search your hard drive for a file named "idapi32.dll" in order to locate the "offending" application. This application has most likely placed this file (idapi32.dll) in its own installation folder instead of in the common folder.
The common folder for BDE is usually "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE" (English version of Windows).

Trying to load multiple IDAPIxx.dll

Это означает, что на твоем компьютере несколько различных инсталяций БДЕ, видимо люди начитались советов, как установить БДЕ своими руками, например поместить их в папку с программой, к сожаленю подобные советы до сих пор появляются и их авторы с пеной у рта доказывают их правильность.
Вот ты на этих террористов и нарвался.
