объясните пожалуйста, что значит false и true в этой функции?
например чем отличается:
copyfile(pchar(path),pchar(path),true);
и
copyfile(pchar(path),pchar(path),false);
?

bFailIfExists
   [in] If this parameter is TRUE and the new file specified by lpNewFileName already exists, the function fails. If this parameter is FALSE and the new file already exists, the function overwrites the existing file and succeeds.

В переводе на русский: если такой файл уже есть и стоит false, то он перезаписывается, если true - пропускается
