Alex has created a brand new forum for Delphi. Again it includes a KOL section.
On this English language forum, you can also ask KOL questions in - simple - Russian :)
Please contribute articles and code! Alex is doing a great job!

Well, I registered and subscribed (with e-mail notification) to three main threads devoted to KOL. May be I also will answer to questions there if were have time.
