Just joking :) If you can see the window is small enouth so all drawing can be done in memory bitmap first. To make drawing more smooth I used 1/2 pixels precision mixing two sequential frames between them. And to provide more exact time distance between frames I used multimedia timer. Nothing else. It is also possible to increase process priority class while showing a scroll. In such case scroll will be smooth even on slow enough machines (1 GHz or less).
