Excuse me if I have not explained in russian well, I search a way to get icons on System Tray of other programs, for example to monitor when ICQ changes its icon into "away" state from "online" state. Thank you in advance.

Id depends what is your operation system is. If it is anything higher than Win98 then it is quite simple. System tray area is a simple toolbar. Using API functions for toolbar you can query it for information about icon (icon itself, position, owner etc)
