Надо написать DWORD
то есть заголовок и значение типа 00000001
но дельфи говорит что так нельзя.Я читал факи там только про строчные ключи.....

а метод WriteInteger класса TIniFile не помогает?

Ты бы справку почитал а не факи:

Writes an integer value to an ini file.

Delphi syntax:

procedure WriteInteger(const Section, Ident: String; Value: Longint); virtual;

C++ syntax:

virtual void __fastcall WriteInteger(const AnsiString Section, const AnsiString Ident, int Value);

Description

Call WriteInteger to write an integer value to an ini file. Section identifies the section in the file that contain the key to which to write. Ident is the name of the key for which to set a value. Value is the integer value to write.

Note: Attempting to write a data value to a nonexistent section or attempting to write data to a nonexistent key are not errors. In these cases, WriteInteger creates the section and key and sets its initial value to Value.

Ну почему, некоторые думают, что если к число прибавить ноль, то это будет другое число
