Delphi + KOL = WinCE?

Hi there,

I"ve searched the web and found out a lot websites / information about
compiling programs for WinCE with using KOL and Lazarus/FPC. Someone told me
that this is also possible with using pure Delphi 5 (which I use for coding)
and with KOL for that version of Delphi. But I can"t find out any
information about it, even to make myself sure that this is really possible?

So, can you tell me how to start doing the simpilest application for WinCE
in Delphi 5 + KOL? Or point me out to any web / article / resource about it?
