Nevermind I translated it by myself (only basic functionality however)
Thaddy, would you like to fix it and add full translation functionality ?

Now it only translate strings surrounded by _() function, no translation of tControl properties.
It should be compilable also under Linux + KOL however I didn"t tested it.
