Есть ли какое-то универсальное решение для 98\Me\XP\2k\2003 для просмотра максимального большего количества форматов графики, но чтобы код программы не раздувался.
Например, при добавлении koljpeg программа весит уже больше 100Кб. Если использовать tinyJPGGIFBMP.pas, то есть поддержка только для jpg, gif, bmp.
Может есть какой-то универсальный com-сервер?

You can use GDIPLUS, whch supports GIF,TIF,PNG,JPG,WMF,EMF, BMP and from Windows ME is paret of the operating system. gdiplus.dll.
This dll may be redistributed freely and also works on win98.
I have written KOL objects for it. and you can download it from the graphics section on the kol website.

Как насчёт сохранения картинок? в KOLGDIPV2 нет для этого функций.

Hm,

You are right. But there are those in V3 and 4 (and thumbnail support, etc). I just forgot to update the archive. I will post a newer version on my website on Sunday or possibly Monday.
