Why does kol and D2005 seem to work only in PAS_VERSION mode?

I can"t track down where it goes wrong, but it seems to do with displacements because of inline optimization of the PAS parts of kol.

Not that I recommend using it ;) , because the code size is rather large anyway.

Nope, code compiles, but the application does not appear when started. If you compile in PAS_VERSION mode it works as expected.

I have same test results
some apps crashed
most runing in task manager but none forms shown.
