Всё никак не могу понять: как же создать НЕ программно закладки в TabControl?

В TabControl от VCL это делалось через Tabs. А в KOL MCK как?

Свойство Count в испекторе измени и все. Они тут же создадутся.

it's clear now how to create the tabs and add something to them, but it is not clear how to change the name of the tabs, without manually doing it in unit1_1.inc, which will be overridden by the next change in the form editor. so how to change those Tab-Names ?

Set needed tab active. Click on the page (KOLPanel) and change caption property.
