<учитался и угуглился, но так и не понял>
Kerio MailServer на местнйо машине забирает почту с mail.provider.ru
пользователи созданы.
у провайдера ящики настроены на redirect на info@company.ru
проблема заключается в том, щто на местных машинах (The Bat!) почту возможно получить только на ящик info@company.ru - т.е. пользователем info

не совсем понимаю

щто значит sorting в данном случае? - на щто он влияет? - на то, в чей mailbox попадет сообщение?

щто значат Received, Delivered-To?

Deliver To
This entry defines the recipient of the message complying with the rule.

The second rule sorts messages which, by any reason, cannot be sorted to any particular user account.

не понимаю - для распределения писем по ящикам пользователей на основе "Кому" (фактически строки, предшествующей @company.com) - как должна выглядеть настройка?

кроме того получается

я не могу понять - почему почта, отправленная с локального ящика на другой локальный отправляется Kerio в дальние края ..

кто мне тут его подсказал - поможите, кто чем умеет %)

Правила сортировки:
Сообщения в почтовом ящике будут отсортированы в соотвествием с заданными правилами сортировки.

Preferred header (предпочитаемый заголовок)
Поле первичного заголовка используемого для сортировки. Здесь указывается поле заголовка (имя заголовка без двоеточия) или выбирается поле из списка (X-Envelope-To, Received или Delivered-To). Если поле не найдено в заголовке или не один адрес не подпадает под правила, то другие поля заголовка используются для поиска - Resent-To и Resent-Cc, To и Cc. Если же адрес не найден и в этих полях, то используется встроенное правило (описанное ниже) или сообщение будет уничтожено.

Sort Address - адрес, который будет разыскиваться в поле заголовка сообщения. Должен быть указан полностью. Неполный адрес не принимается.

Deliver To - это поле определеят кому сообщение будет отправлено в соответствии с правилом.

(встроенное правило) сообщение не подпадает ни под одно правило и будет доставлено по указанному адресу (указанной группе). Если это правило не определено, то сообщение будет удалено.

Все сообщения содержащие указанный домейн будут перенаправлены на другой домейн.

Не разрешается использование звездочки в других адреса.

Эта конфигурация состоит из следующих правил:
