подскажите пожалуйста компоненту, которая рисовала бы надпись на себе и рамку и умела поворачиваться - типа надпись на карте. поворачивается надпись - поворачивается и рамка

TRzLabel

Description

The TRzLabel component is a descendant of TLabel, but provides many additional display options. In particular, this component supports several three-dimensional styles through the TextStyle property. In addition, the label can be rotated to any angle using the Angle and Rotation properties. TRzLabel also defines the same set of bordering properties defined in TRzPanel and TRzBorder (e.g. BorderOuter, BorderColor, etc.), which enable the developer to place a border around the label without having to drop separate panel or border control on the form.



The custom component editor provides quick access to many of the label"s properties and provides instant visual feedback.
