No!

To be more precise: you can do it, but that will add ALL librarycode from the VCL: as well, giving a large executable.
That defeats the point of KOL: KOL was written because the codesize generated by the VCL is so bad. It is a framework, like the VCL, not a collection of classes or objects only.
You should choose between either KOL or the VCL.

Note there aren't many things that can not be translated to KOL anyway, so why would you want to use VCL components?
