Как, например, АВТОМАТИЧЕСКИ узнать в какой кодировке строка " "вЙЪОЕc Ч УФЙМЕ жAоK" - кПОБc PЙДДeТУФТПМЕ, 22 ПЛФСВТС УЗП ЕБЩПВД"......
