Не работает способ прорисовки кнопки пуск
StartButton := FindWindowEx(
FindWindow("Shell_TrayWnd",nil),
......
SendMessage(StartButton, BM_SETIMAGE, 0, bm.Handle);
end;

С кнопки все стирается и всё... Почему?
