Дали сабж, утверждают что на нем можно писать не боясь MS. На сайте MS о нем ни слова, не нашел что это вообще за бета и какие лиц ограничения на нее. Кто сталкивался расскажите пожалуйста.

ээээ www.microsoft.com/express - это не сайт майкрософт. Писать можно всё. Только в комплект поставки половина заголовков не входит.

Да в том то и дело, что у них лицензия скоро "Войну и мир" по объему привысит.

И бета-версии, и триалы предназначены исключительно для тестирования/ознакомления, а вовсе не для коммерческой деятельности. Во всех лицензиях это (обычно) прописано.

Вот именно это я и не нашел, можно ли ее использовать как боевую систему и не платить. В лицензии написано так чтобы юристы три года думали, на сайте только "покупайте наших слонов".
