Теоретически должен позвонить абоненту, а не звонит. Хотя регистрация на сервере проходит успешно...
Кроме-того, есть программа использующаяя эту ДЛЛ и она полностью работоспособна...

Не все так просто, он зара не переваривает его ... получается абракадабра ...

А почему на форум? Лучше в телефонную компанию обратиться, которая таким софтом занимается.

Ну вопервых для курсача, который потом засичать придется.
