Вот на сайте http://www.astonshell.com/index.html#c2pas32 увидел такую утилиту. Кто что думает по этому поводу?

c2pas32 is a command-line tool that translates C files (*.h; *.c) to a pascal (Delphi4,5, VP, FPC) unit. It reads the C file and translates 80% of the C declarations (written in pure Win32 API) to equivalent pascal declarations. Additionally it formats pascal code in the destination file for improved readability.

Полезна для "черновой работы", особенно - для перевода хедеров. Потом обычно все равно приходится сидеть и править результат ее труда.
