Хоть кто-нибудь в курсе - что это такое? Чем этот Frame отличается от Forme? Чем лучше? Чем хуже?

A frame, like a form, is a container for other components. It uses the same ownership mechanism as forms for automatic instantiation and destruction of the components on it, and the same parent-child relationships for synchronization of component properties. But frames can be nested within forms or other frames, and they can be saved on the Component palette for easy reuse. After a frame is created and saved, it continues to function as a unit and to inherit changes from the components (including other frames) it contains. Moreover, an embedded frame continues to inherit changes made to the frame from which it is derived.

Если честно, то я это даже перевести пытался....
Я вопрос задал, чтобы получить ответ, но по-русски...

Фрейм как и форма есть контейнер для других компонент. Он использует такойже механизм как форма для инициализации и удаления уомпанент и чего-то там еще на счет синхронизации свойств. Но фреймы могут быть использованы (?) без других фреймов или форм, и могут быть сохранены а палитру компонетов для быстрого использования.
После того как фрейм создан и сохранен, он продолжает функционировать как модуль и наследует все изменения содержащихся на нем компанентов (включая другие фреймы). Более того ... ну это я не понял.

Притензии к переводу не принемаются, английский учил по справке к Турбо Паскалю.

Я попытался перевести это с помощью Промта, но прочитав перевод, понял что его можно использовать только в разделе анекдотов.
А вообще я сам никогда фреймы не использовал (как то нужды не было), теперь хоть примерное представление о них есть спасибо

я использовал. неплохая вещь, но надо быть аккуратным. меняя фрейм, мы одновременно меняем и форму-прототип, и наоборот. ну и ещё ньюансы есть...
