Create ActiveX in KOL ?

Has same one create ActiveX in KOL or is it possible to do it.
I found only examples about importing ActiveX in Delphi but not reverse.

In the readme of this package I found
This is a package to extend projects made under Delphi with KOL (Key Objects Library, (C) by Vladimir Kladov, 2001) with capability to include ActiveX components on KOL forms.
But this is not what i want to do
I have to create an ActiveX (.ocx control) starting from Delphi.

Can I use the KOL library for this purpose ? (can I see a sample somewhere ?)

I found in my archive KOLActiveX (with demo) for creating ocx, but cretaing not properly (with some errors). Also this archive can be in http://bonanzas.rinet.ru/
